Cocomart's return policy

At Cocomart, we care about exceptional customer service and always strive to meet our customers' needs. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from our website, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

1. The recovery period

Customers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and must be in its original condition and well packed.

2. The conditions that must be met to obtain a refund

- Item must be returned in its original condition and well packed.
- The product must be unused.
- The order must be sent by e-mail, and the order number and details of the returned product must be included.
- The product must be sent to the company's specified address, and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded upon receipt of the product.

3. Shipping costs

Cocomart will bear the shipping cost if the reason for the return is a company error, otherwise the customer will bear the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

4. Payback

Once we receive the returned product and verify that the above conditions are met, a refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions

- Products purchased at deep discounts or special customizations are not refundable.
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse cannot be refunded.
